01. Information Collection
Solvexaproblem Digital collects information that you provide directly to us when registering for our fintech career pathways or TradingView mastery courses. This includes your name, email address, professional background, and payment information processed through secure third-party gateways.
Automated Signals
We also collect metadata including IP addresses, browser types, and engagement durations. This data is anonymised and used to refine our educational delivery systems for users in diverse regulatory environments like Australia and Japan.
02. Technical Application
The primary purpose of data processing is to facilitate a personalised learning experience. We use your professional objectives to suggest specific modules within our career development framework. Your contact details are utilised for:
- Course completion verification and certification.
- Direct consultation for fintech recruitment opportunities.
- Technical support for custom Pine Script tools.
- Critical security updates regarding your portal account.
03. TradingView Integration
As specialists in TradingView mastery, our platform may require you to link certain profile information to facilitate script sharing or analytical testing. Note that Solvexaproblem Digital does not have access to your private brokerage credentials linked to external charting platforms.
Any custom indicators or strategies developed through our consulting services remain your intellectual property. We do not monitor your private trading activity on third-party platforms; our oversight is restricted to the educational interactions within our own domain.

Australian residents have the right to access personal information we hold about them and to request corrections if the data is inaccurate or out of date.
